Do you have Proprietary designs?
Yes! In an effort to anticipate our customer’s needs, we have developed a line of proprietary turnkey designs that are available for our clients to use off-the-shelf or customize to their specifications.
How can I customize your proprietary instruments?
The process is very straightforward as our “off-the-shelf” designs are engineered for customization. First, you would contact us to share your specific design requirements (implant interface, surgical technique etc.) relative to one of our products. After studying feasibility, we will provide you with a quote for design and delivery of tailor-designed instrument. Once it is approved, we can follow the regular contract-manufacturing process.

Started as a small enterprise 25 years ago, the company has since continued to expand its horizons to new markets around the world, providing quality products and the best of services.
Where are you located ?
The company's office in Capital of India, New Delhi. All factories with state of the art manufacturing facilities are located at nearby states.
What is the minimum order that we can place ?
We expect your minimum orders to be of at least US$ 100. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller Sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. Samples against cost are available on request.
What are your payment terms ?
All payment should be made in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. We give the following options for payment:
- Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for all orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.
- Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 50% value in advance. Balance payment is payable at the time of delivery. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer
- PAYPAL: Payment of invoice value upto US$350 is accepted via. PAYPAL (charges may apply)
What are your Bank Particulars ?
Our Bankers are: CANARA BANK / HDFC BANK. In case of T/T Transfer, Bank charges (fees) must be paid by buyer. We should receive full amount without deductions. Please fax/email us a copy of Transfer advice so that we can track payment. Note: Please inform us before and after sending any payment to our Bank Account
Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges ?
Normal mode of shipment are - "Sea Freight" and "Air Freight" & "Courier". It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send the goods on "Freight To Pay basis". The shipping charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.
Can I get Free Samples ?
Yes, you can get free samples, but the courier charges are directly payable on your account.
